We cannot deny the importance of checklist on how some things needed to be done. They ensure that you carry out each item in the list without missing a thing and jeopardize whatever you are doing. This book, is a fast checklist generator, for those managers new and not so new alike. It ensures that you have all the essentials done and not jeopardize your tasks, nor your reputation in the end.
I have developed my own checklist based on the chapters of this book which i keep in handy, to refer back too.
Written in a straight forward, no merry-go-round and straight-to-work language, i find this book very helpfull and saves me alot of time. I have this book for almost 2 years now. And it is still my favorite reference. THe chapters are not required to be read in sequence of the book. You can read it in the sequence of life-as-a-manager.
FOr new managers, buy this book. You will not regret it.
