Good reading, good examples

For a text, this is fairly interesting. It gives good examples and cases. It does seem to have a few places where it is either inaccurate or just not written clearly, but overall, this is one of the better texts I have had to purchase. It is also sprinkled with humor, which is great. Definitely a keeper.

Good but not Excellent!

I like the organize imformation provided in the book, but I found some mispelled words. The mispelling caused some confusion as to what the author was try to say, but eventually I began to get caught up to it and figured out. The term and the definition placed on the side of the page next to the related subject, was very helpful to understand the content of the material in the chapters. I also founded very helpful to have the full written Federal Rules of Evidence on the last pages of the book.
